Customer Care Administrator/Purchasing Clerk
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees, vendors and customers
- Ability to prioritize and display a sense of urgency based on objectives and deadlines
- Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- One year purchasing/inventory control or related, preferred
- One year IT or related experience, preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Quality customer care
- Coordinate movement of purchased materials to appropriate locations
- Preparing purchase requests
- Placing orders
- Tracking inventory
- Maintaining supplier files
