Customer Care Administrator/Purchasing Clerk

Key Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to effectively communicate with employees, vendors and customers
  • Ability to prioritize and display a sense of urgency based on objectives and deadlines
  • Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • One year purchasing/inventory control or related, preferred
  • One year IT or related experience, preferred
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Quality customer care
  • Scheduling
  • Coordinate movement of purchased materials to appropriate locations
  • Preparing purchase requests
  • Placing orders
  • Tracking inventory
  • Maintaining supplier files
